Security Requests

Welcome! You can raise a request for Security Team using the options provided.

Vulnerability Exception / SLA Extension

Request a temporary exception for a known vulnerability when remediation is not currently feasible. Use this request type when a vulnerability cannot be remediated within the required SLA due to technical, operational, or business constraints. All exception requests must include a clear justification, defined compensating controls, and a proposed expiration date. Exceptions are reviewed and approved by the Security team and appropriate risk owners.
